Our classes take place in Instow, a quiet village known for its gently bobbing boats, pretty views across the estuary, and it’s laid back atmosphere.

 

Set in our family abode, our sessions offer a home from home experience, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life for a relaxing hour of connecting with your baby.

Thursdays 10:00 and 11:15

£35 for a 5 week course of baby massage or yoga. 

 

Other venues

 

Sea Breeze Baby massage and yoga sessions are also available at alternative venues, offering the same exclusive experience and class structure.

 

Our sessions currently take place at:

• Happy Hares Nursery, Barnstaple, 10:00

Private sessions

Enjoy our classes from the comfort of your own home and arrange a one to one session. We offer private sessions within a six-mile radius of Instow for a charge of £12.   

 

Special events

 

We occasionally run special events and pop-up sessions alongside our classes.
